Accessibility
We want every pet parent to be able to use this site, whatever device or assistive technology they rely on.
Our approach
This site was built against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. In practice that means readable colour contrast, text that scales, visible keyboard focus, real labels on every form field, descriptive alternative text on photos, and support for reduced-motion settings.
What we test
We check the site with keyboard-only navigation, screen reader output, browser zoom to 200 percent, and reduced-motion settings before any change goes live.
Known limits
Tapping a gallery photo opens it in a larger viewer. It can be closed with the Escape key and moved through with the arrow keys, and if it ever fails to open, every photo stays readable on the page behind it. Links to Facebook and Instagram lead to third-party sites we do not control.
Tell us about a problem
If something on this site is hard to use, please call or text (702) 587-5818 and tell me what happened. I will get it fixed and, in the meantime, book you in over the phone.
